Who I am
If you’re struggling, feeling unheard, or wanting a deeper understanding of your emotions, I offer a safe and supportive space to explore your patterns and get to know yourself more fully.
In grief work, I provide both psychoeducation and a compassionate space to gently face and process your loss. Grief is rarely discussed openly in our society, and many people feel they “should be over it by now.” This can lead to isolation and difficulty talking about a loved person or animal. Together, we look at what is normal in the grieving process and explore ways to live and work with the pain.
I also incorporate nature into my work, using it as a grounding and reflective tool to support clients in reconnecting with themselves and finding calm.
